Only you can really save yourself

Only you can really save yourself

Only you can really save yourself

Only you can really save yourself

Often during the day I hear people talking about their own illness. In particular, I hear:

“I have to go to the doctor, I need a medical examination and a cure”

… and then I think and reflect on those words … and I wonder:

How much are we dependent on our attending physician? How much do we depend on the care we are advised to follow and on the prescribed medicines?

WE MAKE OUR HEALTH IN THE HANDS OF ANOTHER ONE

The truth is that we do not like to take care of ourselves in a direct way, but we prefer to entrust the responsibilities of our fate to someone else, in particular to someone who (supposedly) knows more than we know about the functioning of the human body. The problem is that the person with the white coat who sits in front of us unfortunately almost never knows enough about health.

I’ll explain. Having a degree in medicine does not always mean being “saviors”. Indeed sometimes it means exactly the opposite (see iatrogenic diseases). The competence in symptomatology, being an expert in surgery and so on … certainly are skills of considerable importance, but are worth little (especially in the long term) if for example this person does not know anything about the real causes that trigger the birth of an illness.

DISEASES SHOULD NOT BE DESTROYED, BUT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD!

Just to cite an example, many doctors, even today, are convinced that the fever is something to be defeated by paracetamol (for example with tylenol), without considering even remotely that perhaps that fever more than eradicated, should beunderstood“, recognized as a healer” and from which to learn in order to not have it in the future. What is far from being impossible!!

On what I have just written, there are numerous tests and testimonies that report the disappearance of diseases, which occurred according to doctors in a completely “unexpected” way. On the other hand, as Giorgio Cosmacini says (author of the book “Medicine is not a science”… to be honest I do not know, if the book has been translated in English), medicine is not a science, but a science-based practice … that’s why it’s good to consider medicine only in extreme cases.

THE NON-RETURN TUNNEL

But let’s face it, people love to delegate … and unfortunately they do it with their own health! So you go to your doctor because you have a simple stomach ache and you will start a path of analysis, specialist visits, treatment, tac, radiographs, etc .. Sometimes something is discovered, many other times nothing at all comes to light.

However, once you enter this tunnel” … it is not easy to get out! You will be caught by a thousand thoughts that will torment your mind, thoughts induced by the opinion of your own doctor or the various doctors you have addressed (often opinions all different from each other) or by the people in general with whom you have relate, or thoughts arising from mass media and information traveling on the internet.

You will not have the slightest idea of what you are doing and you will feel lost and I assure you that you will have reason to be so, because after all …

you are far from reality beyond belief!

But if you really want to put an end to this, if you really want to regain the freedom to choose what’s right, if you really want to regain your health and be aware of what’s happening to you and have the knowledge on how to get out of it, then it’s good that you begin to understand this:

THE REINS OF YOUR LIFE ARE IN YOUR HANDS, YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ONLY FROM YOUR CHOICES.

ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER TO HEAL YOURSELF AND RETURN TO LIVE IN A HEALTHY BODY.

In other words:

ONLY YOU CAN REALLY SAVE YOURSELF!

Only you can really save yourself

But what does it mean … Only you can really save yourself?

It means many things.

For example, it means getting to know yourself better, learning to understand the nature of the body in which we live this life. To understand for what real reason we get sick, to understand why our symptoms are often completely attributable to consequences deriving from a wrong lifestyle and still understand why improving the quality of our life, starting from our way of thinking, many symptoms and many diseases tend to disappear.

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT, WHAT WE THINK, WHAT WE FEEL

It is not enough to saywe are what we eat“, although this statement is true. The truth is that we are also and above all pure thought and pure emotions. You have no idea (or maybe you’ve got it) how our face can become ugly in hating someone for a lifetime. In addition to our internal organs, our outer part is also influenced by the emotions we experience. Have you ever noticed the face of a person who is often angry with himself and with the whole world? On the contrary, have you ever observed the face of a person who is at peace with herself, who is often smiling and above all is grateful for all that life has given her?

BUT WHAT IS THE CONNECTION WITH DISEASES?

If you’re wondering what emotions and thoughts have to do with illnesses, it’s good that you know that they have something to do with it. A person who eats healthy (where with the word “healthy” I mean live food, coming from the earth, from a simple, natural and seasonal cultivation devoid of elements and chemicals), which feeds on clean air, which lives a good part of his day outdoors walking in the green, getting enough sun … a person who sleeps sufficiently, who laughs and smiles when he wants to do it, or who cries when he wants to do it too … a person who loves herself and life that surrounds her, who is grateful for all that has been given to her … a person who lives with pure and genuine thoughts and emotions and who is not afraid to face reality …

… that person will not get sick!

Naturally all this must take place in complete harmony between what one is and what is shown. To show oneself happy without being so is far from the concept of health of which I speak. Be clear this!

SOME PRECIOUS ADVICE

Well, to conclude the discussion of this article I will simply write you some small but valuable tips:

  • Listen to yourself (meditate, remain silent for at least 1 hour a day listening to the sounds of the surrounding nature).
  • Thanks for everything you have, thanks for the people around you, for the time spent with all those who for one reason or another can no longer be next to you.
  • Eat healthy: after all it is true (I assure you) that the quality of food that you decide to bring into your body along with its history (if it is meat means violence, fear, trauma …) will soon be part integral of you.
  • Forget the wrongs and injustices suffered and start forgiving those people who knowingly or unknowingly hurt you.
  • Do what you love doing, giving yourself daily space to realize your deepest desires.
  • In other words, start living your life REALLY!

Only you can really save yourself. Power is in your hands

Following these steps, you will slowly move away from you all sorts of symptoms and illness that have accompanied you since your adolescence to today and you will initially be amazed at how incredibly power is in your hands.

After all, the disease is a warning to us to tell us that something is wrong with our life, that we have lost our harmony in one or more areas of our life (whether it be the sentimental, working, family or any other area) and that we must find it again.
