If you’ve never heard of Natural Hygiene, I invite you to read this page or this article … or maybe both if you want it! I am sure that you will find them both of your interest, especially if you have been thinking about choosing a healthier lifestyle for a long time now and that leads you to enjoy a real well-being and above all a concrete and strong health.
You’ll be amazed about how easy it is to create a healthy, natural and tasty dish like this. But above all you will be surprised when you notice that the quality of your life will tend to improve visibly when you opt for the choice of eating natural and cooked food according to “conservative cooking principles”.
Cooking a simple lentil soup can be trivial but doing so respecting the advice of Natural Hygiene, means benefiting not only of the taste but also of health and therefore of one’s own psycho-physical wellbeing.
The secret of a good cooking is a light cooking with a low flame that keeps alive the colors and therefore also the nutrients contained inside. Obviously in order to make lentils chewable, the cooking time can increase a little … but not so much!
Let’s see the recipe:
AMOUNT FOR 2 PORTIONS:
Ingredients:

- 1 small fresh onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tuft of parsley (half for cooking and the other half raw on the serving dish)

DIRECTIONS:
Put plenty of water in the pot and pour the lentils inside. Bring on the stove and turn on a low flame by covering the pot for 3/4 with a lid. Allow the lentils to cook for at least 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and clean the garlic, onion, celery, carrot and half a tuft of parsley.
When the 35 minutes of cooking for the lentils have passed, during which it may be necessary to add more water so that the lentils do not stick to the bottom of the pot, add all the other ingredients.
After another 10 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and continue to cook.
Pour the soup into the pot still hot (not too hot I recommend otherwise it will affect not only the mouth but also the stomach!) And add a little oil, a pinch of pepper and a little chopped parsley.
Enjoy!
