Very often it is said that drinking cow’s milk leads to an increase in calcium, useful for our bones.

In fact, it is a commonplace that is well known among the people and certainly does not correspond to the truth.

Let’s see why!

Cow’s milk is an unhealthy fluid, coming from sick animals that have a wide range of dangerous diseases counteracted by intensive and regular use of medicines.
Contains substances that have a cumulative negative effect on all those who consume it. Almost all cow’s milk has 59 active hormones, large allergens, fat and cholesterol. Most cow’s milk contains measurable amounts of herbicides, insecticides and dioxins up to 2,200 times the level of safety, and contains up to 52 potent antibiotics, as well as blood, pus, feces, bacteria and viruses. It may have traces of anything that the cow eats including radioactive spills from nuclear experiments.

Another chemical substance present in milk is casein, a powerful agglomerating agent and polymer used to make plastics and glues, to glue labels to beer bottles, even to join the keels of ships on construction sites.
It’s also an allergen, a histamine that creates a lot of mucus.

In addition to the aforementioned contraindications, there is another problem to consider – I would also say rather important – and it is the impact it has on our bones. Yes, I am referring to the common belief that cow’s milk would provide the necessary calcium to fortify them.

If that were the case, many people who have had a strong intolerance or a lactose allergy since birth and who had to avoid it for over 20 or 30 years, today should have such fragile bones to risk a break whenever an accidental fall occurs. Instead, following these falls, the analyzes showed a consistency quality of bones far above the average (in other words, a high BMD bone mineral density).

But how do you explain this?

The Mass Media are perhaps sponsoring one, or rather, a series of dairy products shouting to the four winds the beneficial nutritional aspect that these products would bring, lying shamelessly?


And why would they lie?

For two substantial reasons:

1 – For ignorance

2 – Because they care about their interests much more than they are interested in our health




It is necessary to know that milk (say the same for all its derivatives) YES has calcium in it, but it also contains animal proteins that are extremely in excess of the average daily human needs. This protein excess interferes rigorously against the absorption of calcium by the body itself.


How exactly does it interfere?


First of all, protein excess must be disposed of by the liver and kidneys, forcing them to work much more than they should. Moreover, these proteins, unlike the vegetable ones, increase the acid load of the organism. This means that our blood (basically alkaline) and our tissues become more acidic. For example, sulfuric acid, of which animal proteins are rich, is an extremely powerful acid that our body must absolutely neutralize in the shortest possible time.


And to neutralize the acid, the body uses calcium!


However, this calcium must be taken somewhere … So the question arises:

What is the best source from which to get it?




Let’s try to clear things up, with a simple example.

Basically, imagine drinking a cup of milk or a cappuccino with a croissant provided with butter, milk and eggs (typical Italian breakfast).


What happens?


Milk releases calcium to our body. That’s all? No, in fact milk also releases animal proteins, which as we said are acidic. The latter ones, since they need to be disposed of, must be buffered by calcium. In this way the organism yields the calcium which had recently borrowed from that fresh cup of milk (or cappuccino) and from that delicious croissant.

And here the problem occurs!

So what’s up? We decide to leave them there, hoping that sooner or later they will dissolve themselves?

Far from it! Our body is well aware that those certain animal proteins increase the metabolic acid, asks for an “inexhaustible” source (but which obviously is not inexhaustible) of calcium (or our bones), a loan” to be able to dispose of metabolic acids that otherwise would cause significant damages to our body.

Well, just apply the reasoning for hundreds and hundreds of the same disbursements, caused by our “benevolent” ignorance of what we decide to throw down our esophagus, to understand that this will lead our bones to become increasingly fragile and subject to various diseases, including osteoporosis.

The answer to these questions is clear:  No, I’ve just never seen something like this. And the reason is also quite obvious: every animal drinks milk belonging to its species!


Let’s just say that … every animal except human being, who in his feeling at the center of everything, in his feeling special in every way… drinks goat’s milk, cow’s milk, mare’s milk, etc.


2. How do you justify the fact that every animal species, once the weaning phase is over, leaves mother’s milk permanently, while human being continues to hire it obstinately even at the age of 5, 13, 40 and 70?

Does he continually need to take calcium and proteins at any age, even from another species, becouse his mother has “strangely” ended it? Because if it were so, it would be the only unfortunate species to have to be always dependent on this white and sticky drink until late age. Or is it an incurable eternal child who needs to stay with his mouth attached to the pacifier of children?

No, I would say that perhaps the answer is in the fact that, for some time now, has lost contact with the normal and most obvious indications given to us by our wise natural instinct to pay attention to those multinationals that only want to fill their safety vault to our detriment and of all those living abused animal species without any justification.

Break the old obsolete and aberrant information to give space to reasonable, logical and important awareness now studied, over and over again, by countless studies and scientific research.

are there any alternatives?


Obviously yes!


Calcium is so important for our body, that Nature provides it in large quantities from many plant sources.

In general calcium,

as well as being contained in all fresh, dry and seasonal fruit,

can also be found in:


1. Green leafy vegetables (rocket, curly kale, cabbage, broccoli, turnip greens)
2. Legumes (beans, lentils)
3. Oranges
4. Tofu, tempeh (Soya cheese)
5. Nuts and dried fruit (Almonds, dried figs)
6. Poppy, sesame and chia seeds
7. Herbs and aromas (marjoram, thyme, sage, oregano, mint, rosemary, fennel seeds, bay leaf)

My advice then, both if you already suffer from some specific diseases related to the lack of calcium or deriving from this and if you want to do prevention, is to replace cow’s milk with juices of raw and seasonal fruits and vegetables (accompanying them to other fresh fruit).

If this type of breakfast should not be filled emotionally, then try to buy drinks made with almonds, oats, spelled, quinoa, etc.


You will start already after a few weeks to notice the first improvements!
