Breakfast: important morning routines

The tips you will read below are very useful not only to regain general well-being but also to ensure the health of your teeth and gums for as long as possible.

 

Do not be frightened then if what I tell you will go against some things you’ve heard and that you’ve always accepted for truth!

 

During the night, our immune system makes a considerable effort to restore a functional state of our body.

Its action intervenes on the improvement of the disintegrating, cleansing, emunctory, excretory, rebalancing and self-healing capacity of the internal defensive mechanisms.

 

THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP

In other words, if we do not have to sleep at night and continue to abuse our body with our traditional aberrant eating routines (and I refer to the traditional Italian breakfast with croissant and cappuccino, coffee milk and rusks, or what’s worse, the typical English breakfast with eggs and bacon), we would seriously risk presenting ourselves at the gates of the Creator well in advance.

So, in order to help the immune system and ensure that the internal cleaning process, also called detoxification, continues its work even during the morning hours, the best approach you can have is the following:

 

  1. As soon as you wake up, brush your teeth and your tongue well: for this step it is useful to use even 10 minutes of clock to do a deep cleaning. If necessary, load the toothpaste on the toothbrush even 2 or 3 times. Brush your teeth in such a way as to clean even the hardest areas to reach. A good clue that can attest to having done a good cleaning is the sensitization of the teeth and gums and of course a pink/red tongue more than white.

  2. Secondly, let’s drink a lukewarm herbal brew. Bring the water to a simmer and after infusing the mix of selected herbs or filter, add a little warm water and mix before drinking. This step is important for conveying all the waste substances of our metabolism and the toxins, accumulated through the work of the immune system, towards the excretory channels.

  3. The third step is to prepare a fruit and vegetable juice or – if you do not have a juice extractor – you can do a simple orange, grapefruit and lemon juice (or a combination of these three). This is the first true nutritious step, which is used to integrate minerals, proteins (I refer of course to those included in the fruit) and vitamins needed to start better the day.

  4. The fourth and last step consists in eating a generous portion of more substantial seasonal fruit. For example, a plate of figs or one of peaches, plums and apricots, apples, pears and so on … eating them with all the fibers, including skins. Naturally when you go to buy it, look for who can gain your trust based on the quality of its products.

  5. Finally DO NOT brush your teeth. You understood correctly, I wrote NOT brush your teeth after eating fruit.

 

 

Let me tell you one thing right away: the fruit sugars ARE NOT harmful to your teeth, on the contrary they bring considerable benefits. Not many people know that fruits contain natural and live enzymes. These enzymes have multiple uses.

 

Two in particular are:

 

1.  zero digestive costs for the digestive tract glands

2. cleaning of the entire oral cavity

 

Note: the toothpaste is used only because we are in the habit of eating industrialized foods (full of sugars) known to be devitalized, denatured and full of preservatives.

These are the foods-not foods that really damage our teeth, not the sugars of the innocent fruit.
